What can I post?

Advertisement for the disposal of personally owned property by Authorized Users; advertisement for the need of specific goods and/or personal services by Authorized Users; official messages and announcements from the ADB, ADB Clubs, PSPs and SPs.

Who can post?

(i)    ADB staff;
(ii)    ADB consultants; 
(iii)    dependents and retirees who are endorsed by an ADB staff ;
(iv)    PSP and other SP representatives authorized by their respective ADB Staff Supervisors.
Note: Authorized users (ii), (iii) and (iv) can’t endorse an individual.  Only ADB staff can endorse.

What should I not post?

Posting of advertisements that contain the following are prohibited:
(i)    illegal, abusive, pornographic or otherwise improper;
(ii)    related to illegal activities, including, but not limited to, terrorism, hacking, cracking, and phreaking;
(iii)    information that violates or infringe the intellectual property rights of others over software, music, photographs, text, videos, artwork and the like;
(iv)    information that violates the right of persons over any property;
(v)    private information of persons other than that of the Authorized User;
(vi)    material that contains software viruses, Trojan horses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunication equipment;
(vii)    food and beverage items, as well as, medical or herbal products; 
(viii)    data that have any other analogous content;
(ix)    foreign exchange of any currency;
(x)    general solicitation; 
(xi)    external commercial promotions; and
(xii)    external brokers

Your Account

Q: How do create an account?
A: Go to this page myadb.emall.com and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.  

Q: How can I retrieve my password?
A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

Q: How do I change my personal details or email address?
A: You can easily change all your information on your account.  Go to login page myadb.emall.com /login) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

Q: Security
A: Our web is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will not be available for third parties.

Q:How do I unsubscribe from your mailing lists?

A:Email us at WeCare@adb.org and one of our customer service representatives will unsubscribe your email address.

Q: My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

A: You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

  • Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

  • Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.

  • Once logged in, click on "Edit Profile" towards the right-hand side of the page.

  • Type your new e-mail address on lines 3 and 4.

  • Verify your "Current password" at the bottom.

  • Click "Update Now."

  • Your e-mail will be updated.

Transaction and payment

Q: How can I transact

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products. 

Q: What information should I input when ordering?
A: our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit.

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: You can discuss and agree the preferred payment method with the seller.

Q: What are the terms and conditions?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: If you want to cancel your order, please do so by contacting the seller as soon as possible.
